In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, Brejon reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity. We may terminate your access or use of this website at anytime, for any reason or no reason and without prior notice.

Sale Terms

Customer initiated order cancellation: Prior to shipment of yoru order, you may cancel your order at anytime by emailing us at Brejon@brejon.net or calling our customer service department at 678-595-1874. If your order has already shipped, you may return your order in accordance with our return policy.

Order Cancellation

Although it is rare that it would be necessary for Brejon to cancel an order, we reserve the right to deny any orders from a customer where the following situations arise:

Billing/Payment/Shipping information orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but are not limited to:

Incorrect credit/debit card number expiration date or card security value.

Incorrect billing information. The billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record.

Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, state, zip or postal code).

Fraudulent information

Merchandise shipping delay or unavailability if a product is delayed out of our center or becomes unavailable, Brejon may cancel the order.

  • Which credit cards do you accept?
    We accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit/Check Cards and Money Orders
  • Can I pay by personal checks or money orders?

  • When will my order(s) be processed?
    If your order(s) meet all authorization criteria, all orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm EST will be shipped out the same business day. All other orders will ship out on the following business day. We do NOT ship on holidays/weekends.
  • Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
    Yes, we ship to most international destinations. Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery restrictions in your country. Authorization: International orders may be required to fax/scan proof of being cardholder in order to prevent credit card fraud.
  • What is your return policy?
    Items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy: Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a return of item price (not including shipping). All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns received within a 60 day period, must be an exchange, or store credit only. Returns must be in saleable condition and in original packaging with tags attached. Invoice# and billing name must appear on the return/exchange form.   • What are your shipping rates?
    All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of the shipping address.

  • What shipping providers do you offer?
    Fedex, UPS, USPS. If Federal Express or United Parcel Services are the carries for your delivery, they both utilize the United States Postal Service to complete the final delivery depending on your location.
  • Where do you ship from?
    We mostly ship Brejon's hometown of McDonough, GA.
  • Do you offer Saturday deliveries?
    Unfortunately we do not offer Saturday deliveries at this time, but we are continually working to provide you our customers with the best service possible.
  • How can I track my order?
    Brejon will send you a shipment confirmation with tracking information for your reference. Please check your spam folder to make sure brejon@brejon.net is an accepted email address.
  • Shipping to other international destinations?
    Yes, Brejon is a global company and we will continue to expand our online store around the world.
